Blue Ridge Pride announces the launch of BLUE RIDGE PROUD, a new individual donor initiative designed to further engage the Western North Carolina LGBTQ+ community and allies as backers of the Blue Ridge Pride organization and its growing family of programs and initiatives.

Blue Ridge Pride has long enjoyed the financial support of many generous individuals, small businesses and corporate sponsors who have enabled the organization to execute the annual Pride Festival, create and sustain year-round programming and beginning in 2023, employ an executive director and professional staff to manage and oversee events, programs and operations.

Blue Ridge Pride has come of age as a source for advocacy, celebration, education and service for our culturally rich and diverse LGBTQ+ community. We invite the community and our allies to invest in building an even stronger, more diverse and welcoming Western North Carolina.
