LSC: Sound Bath

Join us for a relaxing sound meditation. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, Native American flute, shamanic drum and other instruments for an hour of peace, relaxation and stillness. A great way of recharging and renewing energy to help with stress, anxiety, depression and other ailments. Sound vibration has been proven to help assist our body in its healing on many levels.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to lay on during the meditation. Also, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. We start promptly at 6:30pm.
Donations are always appreciated. Suggested range between $10-$30.

The location is the Clubhouse at The Lofts of Reynolds Village.
Address is 42 Senator Reynolds Road, Asheville NC 28804
Entrance is on the other side of building 42. Make a left onto Cobblers Way from Senator R Road. Parking lot and entrance are on the left. You will see an awning that says The Lofts at Reynolds Village Entrance. That is the clubhouse and you are in the right place. 🙂
