Festival Leads - Set-up & Tear-Down | |
Custom Content | |
We need 2 to 3 leads to help to manage our combination volunteer-contractor crew in setting up the festival early on Friday night and again early Saturday morning. We set up several crews of 2 to 4 people whose job is to set up tents, tables, chairs, and tent weights as quickly as possible. They also set up signs and barriers. We need leads who can help to oversee these crews. Strictly speaking, the lead does not need to engage in a lot of heavy lifting. Their chief job is to make sure that things are getting set up in the right place and in the right order. Organizational skills under time pressure are most important. An ability to lend a hand is a big plus. Time Commitment: 1-2 meetings ahead of festival; Friday Night (5-9) and Saturday morning (6-10). CommitmentIdeally, we will have 1-2 leads each on Friday night, Saturday morning, and Saturday night.
