	We need a 2-3 highly trustworthy people - preferably with cash management or retail management experience to manage the distribution, collection, and counting of cash associated with our own sales stations during the festival. We set you up in a secure area. Throughout the day, you monitor the people handling cash and manage the level of cash on hand at each station. At the end of the day, cash is deposited to a night box. Responsibilities Day Before: Pick up cash and organize Cash boxes. Morning Of: Set up Cash Management HQ; Distribute cash boxes to stations. During Festival: Continually monitor cash position and needs at stations; replenish and collect cash; monitor operations. End of Day: Secure all cash and deposit at bank (across street) in night deposit box. Following Monday: Count all cash and deposit. Fill out tally sheets for each station. Time Commitment 4-6 hours before the festival. Team of 2-3 must maintain continual presence throughout festival. 2-3 hours Monday after festival. What You Need Experience managing cash in a retail environment is a big plus. A car for transporting cash boxes is not required but is helpful. Attention to detail and strong people skills (working with volunteers who are handling cash) Good sneakers. Benefits Recognition as a community leader for the festival.
