Blue Ridge Pride Festival & Welcoming WNC Procession

DETAILS:

Join us for our biggest event of the year!  We could use a few volunteers! 

Give us 2-4 hours.  Enjoy a day of music and memories -- and the knowledge that you helped to bring a community together!   You'll also get some cool swag. Leadership Opportunities

  • Set-up Lead - manage early morning teams charged with setting up tents, tables, and chairs around the park.  (6:00 am to 10:00 am)
  • Vendor Load-In Leads (4) - greet incoming vendors and manage a crew whose job is to help them set up. (7:15 am to 11:00 am).
  • Food, Beverage, & Merchandise Lead (2) - Oversee the setup of our sales booths and the deployment of volunteers at the start of each shift. (9:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm) .
  • Cash Management Lead & Team - Team of 2 to 3 to manage cash sales across all BRPC's sales stations. (10:30 am - 7:00 pm - team can manage shifts).
  • VIP Tent Lead - Design the VIP tent buffet menu and seating area; set up the team.  Great our VIPs. (9:30 am to 5:00 pm)
