I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in the state of NC. I offer safe, non-judgmental and compassionate mental health and addiction therapeutic services to folx who identify as LGBTQ+ and are navigating gender and sexual orientation, life transitions, grief/loss, trauma, anxiety and depression. I work through various lenses and modalities including attachment, trauma informed, EMDR, CBT/DBT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused.
