Don’t want to do things alone? Want to share activities with other gay men? Want to do things that are cheaper as a group than as an individual? Want to share the cost of things that are priced for double occupancy? Want to meet other gay men and interact in a variety of settings? This group may be for you.
Examples of possible activities: Rafting on the French Broad River or the Nantahala River; Kayaking on Lake Julian or Lake Lanier; Rent a pontoon boat on Lake Lanier or Fontana Lake; Hiking; Ziplining; Dining out; Art gallery openings; Take a LaZoom Comedy Tour; Get a block of seats for the theater, symphony, or a movie; Go camping for a weekend; Rent a cabin for a weekend; Charter a private caboose on the Great Smoky Mountains Railway; Fly in a hot air balloon; Share a hot tub at Hot Springs Resort and Spa or Shoji Spa; Take a trip to the beach; Go to Dollywood, Carowinds, Six Flags, or Tweetsie Railroad; Rent a houseboat on Dale Hollow Lake.
This group is limited to gay or bi men age 18 and up. Singles and couples are welcome.  Some events will allow members to bring a guest who is not a member of the group. This option should be used on a limited basis. If your guest wishes to participate in multiple events, he should set up his own Meetup account and join the group as a member. Guests must be gay or bi men age 18 and up.
There is no membership fee for this group. However, a subscription fee for the Meetup site is charged to the Group Organizer every 6 months. Therefore, members are asked to make a donation of $2 to $3 at the first event that they attend in each 6-month period. The current subscription is for the period of February 10 to August 10, 2019.
