We’re offering free essentials to members of our queer community in need in the wake of Hurricane Helene, including nonperishable food, water bottles, common medicines, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, personal protective equipment, cold weather accessories, pet food, baby formula, and baby wipes. Open every week on Mondays, 2-6 PM, and Thursdays, 12-4 PM.
No application or ID required, just a first name, zip code and check off list of what you need. You can also apply for our 1:1 financial assistance at our office, or online at any time.
Want to help? Donate to our Hurricane Helene Recovery Fund, or donate any of the above items at our office during our distribution hours. Please no more than can fit into the trunk of a car, as our office is not large. We kindly ask no used clothing, blankets, or toys. Volunteer by marking Hurricane Relief as your Area of Interest on our Volunteer Application.
We are not distributing coats or other large items (tents, sleeping bags, generators, etc.) due to space limitations. For these and other needs, we recommend:
