Jade ($2500) perks: All Gold Perks; Festival Table, Chairs, Tent, and Sponsor Banner; Logo on Festival Banners; Welcoming Spaces 101 Training for up to 100 employees.

Special Considerations

Corporate/Government: In light of recent funding restrictions and in a post-Helene world, we understand that some larger sponsors may need to tailor their giving this year in ways they have not prior. To that end, we are offering Emerald and above sponsors the option to restrict their sponsorship to one or more of the following programs: Mental Health Counseling, Generation Plus, Oral History Project, Health Equity (including our food and supply pantry). All event sponsorships and perks listed in the above deck are also optional, based on sponsor preference.

Small Business: Are you a small local business who wants to support us this year, particularly because of all of the DEI cuts and anti-trans orders, but are concerned about your own revenue or business losses re: Helene? This year, we are offering a new way for small local businesses to sponsor us at the Crystal, Gold or Emerald level by offering automatic monthly payment. As an example, Gold sponsors can pay $83/month from March of 2025-February of 2026 and be listed on our website as a sponsor beginning Pride month of this year, as well as receive the Festival perks in September. This offering is on an honor system for small local businesses only whose property or income was affected by Helene, but who are fairly certain they will be able to complete the sponsor year.

In addition to our annual sponsorship options, you can choose to sponsor our Pride 5K (June 2025) and Gala (August 2025) events individually, or upgrade to a higher tier than included in your annual sponsorship.
